1. Return window
You may return any item purchased from WowsDepot within 30 days of the delivery date. The countdown starts the day your tracking link shows “delivered.”
2. Eligibility
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns of gift cards, perishable treats, personalized items or anything marked “final sale.”
3. How to start a return
Email help@wowsdepot.shop or call +447391341981 with your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team replies within one business day with a return authorization number and the warehouse address.
4. Return shipping
Please post the parcel back to us within seven days of receiving your authorization. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a tracked service; we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
5. Refunds
When your parcel arrives, we inspect it within two business days. If the return is approved, we issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
7. Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. Once verified we will cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement at no charge.
